Patient Counseling Competition
The Patient Counseling Competition is a local event offered annually for Skaggs students to compete for a chance to move on to the national competition against APhA-ASP students from around the country. Students of any year enrolled at Skaggs are encouraged to participate!
ABOUT
OSCE-style counseling competition with a patient case on a drug from a predetermined potential drug list. Sessions are recorded for pharmacist judges to review and score later
The winner then moves on for the chance to compete in the national competition, which is held during the APhA Annual Conference
